The Opportunity

• Up to $150K sign on bonus for qualified candidates
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified General Anesthesiologists to backfill recent retirements and accommodate practice growth
• Current CA state license is a plus
• Physician partnership model with immediate partnership and profit-sharing opportunities

The Practice

Mercy Medical Center - Redding, California

• 262-bed level 2 trauma hospital supporting 12 ORs (>16k cases/year), 2 OB ORs (>2500 OB pts/year) and cath lab
• Services include orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, neurosurgery, trauma, and labor & delivery
• Opportunity to do Cardiac Anesthesia (CV fellowship and TEE certification are required)
• The group staffs multiple outpatient facilities - all within 5 minutes of the hospital. with majority of cases at the main hospital
• Providers may support affiliated surgery centers
