Physician Assistant Infectious Disease
Atlanta ID Group is looking for an PA to join our infectious disease (ID) practice in metro Atlanta affiliated with Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, passionate APP to join our current team of five PAs and six physicians. This is a full-time position, working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
As a member of a collaborative team of providers, the PA will provide inpatient services as a member of the infectious disease consult service at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. In the outpatient setting, the PA will provide HIV and general infectious disease care to a wide variety of patients in our clinic.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, flexible, takes initiative, and is able to successfully multitask. Looking for someone with excellent critical thinking, decision making, teamwork, and communication skills. Must have demonstrated interest in infectious disease. Prior experience in the field is preferred, but not required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, days. Rotating Saturday shift. No evening or night call.
