Project Solar is looking for a Pipeline Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient progression of projects from initial lead generation to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and project management skills as well as a strong understanding of the solar process. You will also have a hand in building and implementing internal processes to prevent projects from falling through the cracks or being delayed as well as troubleshooting when said projects aren’t moving along within the expected timeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and updating the pipeline of deals regularly
• Collaborating with EPC partners/installers to ensure projects are properly executed in a timely manner
• Facilitating communication between all stakeholders, including EPC partners, contractors, and customers
• Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner
• Creating and implementing new processes to prevent projects from becoming delayed
• Providing regular progress reports and updates to management
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working in the solar or construction industry strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience creating and implementing more processes for team and department effectiveness and efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred
