As a Preschool Director, job duties include but are not limited to: supervising, coaching, and supporting the staff, offering premium customer service for the parents/families, ensuring the highest quality of care to the children in our center, enrolling new children, managing all school operations, leading the administration team and other administrative responsibilities.

Compensation: $65-70,000/yr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

Requirements

• B.A. with at least 12 ECE Units required
• 3 years of early childhood teaching experience required
• 3 years of educational leadership experience preferred
• Must take initiative and have a "take charge" attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to multi-task
• Communicate effectively with emotional intelligence
