We are looking for an Production Supervisor to join our team in Morehead, KY!!

The purpose of the Production Supervisor is to provide leadership and instruction to the area employees, and ensure that compliance and quality standards are met while creating value for their specific department.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Lead, track and improve performance on key department goals and objectives
• Develop crew members to improve individual and organizational performance
• Lead performance management and corrective action processes
• Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production requirements
• Work with upstream and downstream processes (and people), to exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

• Leadership experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to 3rd shift schedule

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Injection molding experience
