Summer 2023 Internship: This position is located at our HQ in Durham, NC. Expected program dates are May 15 – August 18, 2023.

Introduction:

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions (TGCS) is seeking an intern to join the Product and Program Management team. This role is open to students currently enrolled in an MBA or Master’s Degree, ideally pursuing a business, engineering management or software engineering discipline. The intern will assist in managing a portfolio of programs and or projects delivering on all the program/project commitments from concept to production. Assist with determining project schedule and work with the cross functional team members to execute on the schedule and tasks. Deliver messaging of the status/issues to Senior Program Manager. Assist with maintaining the schedule and risks and actions and issues on Smartsheet tool.

Areas of Expertise & Special Skills:

• Familiarity in agile software development methodology
• Passion for program management and delivery
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• The intern will assist in managing a program or programs or projects delivering on all the program/project commitments from concept to production.

• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by collaborating across the organization to support cross-company product initiatives
