Responsibilities:

Assist Program Control Analysts and learn to perform in the following areas:

• Conducting financial planning and tracking execution to plan:
  • Tracking revenue to plan
  • Monitoring contract expenses
  • Conducting contract profit analysis
  • Establishing basics business plan forecasts (burn rates)

• Prepare monthly cost reports, cost overviews and status reports
• Run basic reporting within Deltek and reconcile Deltek reports to MTSI invoice
• Review employee expense reports ensuring receipts are complete, the project charge number is correct, and any prior approval has been submitted.
• Review employee timecards throughout the month to avoid timecard corrections

Qualifications:

• One year from completion of a BA in a finance/accounting/business field.
• GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to work in a team setting is required
• US Citizenship is required
