ProjectCoordinator / Relationship Manager Wanted

The Router Room is an established manufacturer of high quality, architectural signage located near the Dallas Design District. We are currently recruiting for an additional Project Coordinator / Relationship Manager. To be successful in this role you should possess a working knowledge of sign systems, construction management protocols and customer service. You should also be able to manage your time effectively and establish priorities within a dynamic work environment.

ROLE / DUTIES

• Coordinate multiple projects as they progress through the process of design, production, and installation.
• Liaison with clients and Router Room staff to ensure accurate & timely project delivery.
• Participate in project status meetings.
• Coordinate sign permit applications and compliance.
• Manage billing reconciliations and contract change orders.
• Build and strengthen our relationships with our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with construction blueprints and spec sheets.
• Familiarity with construction operational procedures.
• Ability to multi-task effectively within a dynamic environment
• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must pass drug and background screening before hire.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
