The Role

Candidates for this position will be responsible for managing projects from initiation of design concept to occupancy. Primary responsibilities will include design, production and facilitating collaboration among all members of the project team to achieve excellence in design, technical achievement and business management.

Job Duties:

• Working on multi-discipline architectural project teams
• Collaborating to bring a project from concept to construction.
• Consultant coordination
• Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details.
• Development of solutions for technical and design problems, preparing presentation drawings, and building client models
• Management of production team, project budgets and schedules
• Participation in team reviews
• Mentor aspiring professionals on the design team
• Managing and exceeding client’s expectations

Qualifications:

• Architect registration is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of four years of experience managing architectural projects
• Work well in a team environment.
• Excellent design and communication skills
• Proven track record of leadership through management of projects, clients and support staff
• Strong problem solving and technical skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to balance multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Revit and Sketch-up
