A1 Roofing is a large commercial roofing contractor and subcontractor that has an immediate opening for an experienced, full time Project Manager.

Responsibilities of the Position, include but not limited to:

• Project scheduling
• Crew schedules & coordination with superintendent
• Work with superintendents on material deliveries and loading jobs
• Attend & participate in the weekly production meeting
• Communication and project management with general contractors, vendors, in-house project managers, and superintendents
• Coordination with other departments including service department/service technicians, estimating, submittals and accounting
• Attend job site meetings, as needed
• Communicate solutions & resolve problems that may arise on a job
• Oversee and assist in the process of obtaining material es, sub-contractor es and material orders
• Processing change orders
• Monitor & beat the job budgets for material & labor through weekly meetings for the job cost and monitoring the crew
• Work with accounting to properly bill jobs and problem collections
• Must possess excellent organizational, verbal, and correspondence skills

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Preferred of a 2 - Year degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Roofing/Construction Project Management
• Excellent, communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.
• Construction knowledge and can read blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs

• Being able to self-start and self-motivate when there is no one available to provide instruction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
