We are a seven-generation owned construction manager/builder located in Salem, MA with a diverse portfolio that spans throughout New England. Our building program consists of construction management, general contracting, and design/build services. The basis of our success in each area is a commitment to a cooperative and integrative approach to design and construction.

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented project manager to join our team with experience in restaurant, commercial, retail, multi-use and insitutional projects. Candidate must have 3-5 years’ experience in ground-up, and occupied, phased renovation projects ranging from $100K – $5M. Must be a problem-solver, motivated leader, and possess excellent communication skills with clients, team members and subcontractors. Construction Supervisor License a plus. Must be proficient in Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attend client meetings
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Daily communication with project superintendent and field staff
• Subcontractor bid review, negotiation and award
• Manage all costs and billables for your projects
• Develop and monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Negotiate, prepare and track change orders

• Proficiency in Procore, M.S. Project, Excel, and Outlook
