Description Job Description:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for training, testing, and support of the Warehouse Management System (Manhattan SCALE) for new and existing warehouse fulfillment and logistics clients. The successful candidate will bring experience in warehouse operations together with strong WMS skills to help support successful deployments of new operations and on-going success in existing operations through Business Process Analysis, End User Training, and business process reengineering.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with clients and the business to document business requirements in a statement of work, functional requirements document, or business process diagram.

· Facilitation of workshops with Subject Matter Experts.

· Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements, identifying issues and risks.

· Develop ad hoc SQL queries as needed during report design, systems support, and process analysis.

· Develop system process test plans and assist in system process test activities.

· Develop end user training and assist in delivery of training.

· Review user acceptance test plans and coordinate testing activities with external clients.

· Assist with level 2 systems support issues.

· Design and test WMS enhancements / extensions developed by software vendor or internal development team.

· Participate in design reviews of enhancements and new implementations.

Requirements:

· At least 2-4 years experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the Supply Chain industry.

· Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.

· Experience with Manhattan WMS, HighJump, or other Tier 1 WMS.

· Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.

· Experience developing business requirements, instructional and procedural documentation, and presentations.

· Must be able to pick up system functionality quickly and be the go-to person for system issues or questions

· Looking for a self-starter who prefers an independent work environment.

· Able and willing to travel 10% of time.

College diploma in the field of Information Technology or Supply Chain desired.of the Position:

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
