Summary of Position: Assigns and manages the appropriate resources to complete customer facility management and maintenance objectives. Documents and monitors each step of projects to ensure delivery is on time and on budget. Maintains high level of self-organization and employs strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service and proficient vendor management.

Essential Functions:

· Facilitates and coordinates external third parties/vendors to successfully execute projects for customers.

· Manages project budget and appropriately allocates resources. Delivers projects on time and within the scope of the budget.

·Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously using independent judgment and discretion.

·Proactively monitors and assesses project status and project progression to minimize unnecessary risk to timeline and budget.

·Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using TCG guidelines for verification and quoting.

·Thoroughly documents and communicates to customer, vendor, and stakeholders during the entire project through closure.

·Perceives when to escalate project to senior coworkers or to Management.

·Competently manages and maintains customer relationships and third party/vendor relationships. Builds customer and vendor reliance on TCG expertise.

·Performs other work related duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements:

· Promptly address priority level of work orders to establish daily workflow, designating highest priority projects first.

· Consistently and accurately process a minimum of 50 work orders per day.

· Complete projects on time and within budget.

· Participate in evening and weekend on-call rotation.

· Meet attendance requirements by being on time and present according to established work schedules.

· Adhere to all TCG policies and procedures.

Pay: $62,500.00 - $72,500.00 per year
