We are a rebar fabricator located in Haverhill, MA. We currently have an opening for a Project Manager.

• Responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from the set-up phase through completion.

• Communicate directly with contractors, field personnel and management as necessary.

• Assist the customer & project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project and adapt schedules and work tasks accordingly.

• Responsible for reviewing rebar shop drawings and directing the revision of drawings as needed.

• Communicate with customer regarding project details involving detailing, fabrication and delivery issues.

• Answer customer questions related to assigned projects and resolve any problems that may occur.

• Perform special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the support of the organization.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineer, Construction Management, related degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read & understand structural & architectural drawings.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCad or MicroStation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and mult-task in fast-paced environment.

• Monday to Friday

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Construction Project Managers: 1 year (Preferred)
