Floor One is an Flooring Installation company in the valley that handles residential & Commercial projects. We are looking for Someone that has Flooring and Construction Experience.

Floor One would supply a Company Vehicle and gas allowance for this position.

Summary:
The Quality Control Supervisor would be responsible for walking various jobs at the time they begin and in progress to ensure customer satisfaction with the installation, and completion of all trades and projects to include one or more of the following: Flooring and Showers, The Field Manager will ensure all the work is completed within industry standards and to the highest quality per customer expectations.

Other job requirements would be customer service, organizing paperwork ,taking photos of jobsites, Job reports , Delivering material as needed, minor repairs depending on experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and stoop for 8+ hours. Minor lifting and carrying may be required.

Work Environment

• Work performed at construction jobsites and office.

Skills & Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid license
• Entry level computer skills and knowledge of basic systems and applications and use of handheld devices and tablets.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to utilize basic math skills to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, linear feet, yardage, and square footage.
• Ability to read and comprehend plans, training materials, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• 2 years of experience in the Flooring Trade ( Tile, Wood ,Laminate, Vinyl and Carpet) is required

Experience leading a team or crew in a flooring/construction environment is a plus.
