$500 Sign-on Bonus for Night Shift*

Quality Technician Expectations:
- Conducting specific testing on products
- Perform quality equipment verifications
- Identify food safety or non-conformance issues
- Ensure top quality to customers
How do our shifts work? Full time status | 3-4 Days a Week | Overtime built-in
Night Shift: 6:45 PM-7:00 AM, $1 shift premium
Schedule: 2 Days on, 2 Days off, 3 Days on rotation throughout the month
Overtime is not mandatory outside your regularly scheduled shift
Job Duties:
- Perform in-process inspections, measurements and auxiliary equipment audits
- Confirm packaging and labeling of products
- Record quality verification results and use systems in place
- Ensure non-conforming products be put on hold and reworked before shipping out
- Verify molding machines and supporting all equipment is cleaned according to ISO22000, HACCP and internal food safety cleanliness
- Update quality specification boards to each line
- Assist in new product qualifications and train members on new specifications
Ideal Candidate:
- Active and detail-oriented
- Competent in basic math and measurement skills
- Dependable, on time with high integrity
- One year of manufacturing experience working with quality control practices
- Tech savvy
- Must laugh at jokes & embrace the Radius Culture
- 18 years or older
- Comfortable lifting up to 30lbs
