REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (LAKE UNION) South Lake Associates, a full service, proactive real estate brokerage office, is growing and looking for a talented, energetic, detail oriented and friendly Administrative Assistant to join us. This position would be onsite in the office 1 day a week for 1/2 day and option to work from home 4 days a week. This is a great opportunity to learn the business and grow with the company. The position is engaged in assisting in all areas of Leasing, Property & HOA Management as well as Real Estate Sales.

Duties:

- Greet and assist incoming callers, retrieve voicemail and reply to email inquiries

- General document preparation, filing, preparing monthly reports, marketing materials

- Maintaining organization of company files, electronic records, and handling mail distribution

- Prepare correspondence, memos and minutes

- Scan and process invoices

- Processing payments, making deposits and general bookkeeping

- Scheduling jobs, estimates and calling vendors

- Post updates to website, basic computer tech support and office equipment management

- Assist with move-ins, move-out paperwork

- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation

- Assist with maintenance service requests, and proposal gathering

- Coordinate Meetings/ Schedule Appointments for staff

Qualifications:

- Experience with Microsoft Office, Publisher, Accounting Software Experience, Quick Books

- Strong Customer Service Skills

- Punctuality and Reliability, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Organized, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

- A/R A/P Experience and Property Management Experience Preferred

- Minimum HS Graduate/ Some college preferred

- References
