The Eye Clinic of Bellevue is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team! We are a busy ophthalmology clinic with a main office in Bellevue and a satellite office in Issaquah. We have been dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to our community for over 60 years.

Experience is absolutely a plus, but more importantly is a great attitude and a dedication to learning, with strong work ethic and emphasis on providing compassionate and exceptional patient care. We believe that our receptionists are some of the most important members on our team. As our front line, they have the first contact with our patients and give the first impression of our clinic.

General responsibilities include:

Providing customer service to our patients, greeting patients, helping with and checking patient registration, answering telephones, schedule appointments, check insurance, collect co-pays, create receipts, enter patient demographics and activate portal, enter patient recalls into computer system.

Supporting and communicating with the back office. Other duties as assigned.
