McGrath Moto is seeking a bright welcoming face to join our receptionist team!

We believe that first impressions can make or break our customers experience. Our receptionists are pivotal to our success in making sure that the first interaction our customers have is a fantastic one.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Directs customers to the correct department and notifies the appropriate person.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Filing and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Energetic with great customer service.
• Self motivated to get tasks completed.
• Able to answer a busy multi-line phone system with a smile.
• Excellent communication.
• Great organization and time management skills.
