Island Neuro Rehab is looking to hire a part-time, energetic, personable individual who is willing to work diligently on their own tasks, but in a collaborative team environment as well. Position requires Monday - Friday 9am-1pm availability. Please do not apply if you are not available during these days/times.

Receptionist/ Front Desk Staff Office Receptionist Skills and Qualifications: 1-2+ years of experience as a receptionist, familiar with EMR systems, knowledge of HIPPA policies and procedures preferred. Must have reliable transportation. We are looking to hire a long-term employee

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering referring inquiries
• Scheduling patients, checking patients in/out of appointment, answer phones and take messages
• Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal as well as financial information
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
• Filing, faxing, scanning, shredding, light office cleaning, restocking office supplies
• Ability to work on projects and any other tasks as needed
