The Guest Services/Human Resources Assistant serves as the first point of contact for our customers and provides general office support with a variety of Human Resources responsibilities. We are looking for a dependable self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to provide a high level of confidentiality.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers via phone or in person
• Provide support to Project Coordinators, Human Resources, Accounting and other departments as needed.
• Receives, sorts, and forward’s incoming mail, fax and deliveries.
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Initiates project file into the electronic system
• Registers product and service warranties
• Assist with employee timeclock.
• Review job applications
• Create fliers.
• Set up DOT physicals.
• Assist with new hire paperwork.
• Orientation
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• Communication Proficiency – Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
• Collaboration Skills – A team player with a great attitude, actively working together with the team to make sure all needed tasks are completed and focused on delivering results.
• Customer Focus – Focused on delivering outstanding service and experience that meet our customer’s needs and expectations.
• Technical Capacity – Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word)
• Quality – Attention to detail to ensure product and service to the customer meet company standards.
