We specialize in milling, paving, crack sealing, slurry sealing, seal coating and chip sealing. MWC is looking for a reliable, motivated, self-starter who will be responsible for front office duties.

Receptionist / Office Assistant

Job Duties:

• Answering Phone Calls
• Welcoming Visitors
• Update Social Media Content
• Strong Communication Skills
• Attention To Detail
• Ability To Multi-Task Efficiently
• Maintaining Files
• Proficient In Microsoft
• General Office Duties
• Attend Scheduling Meeting
• Correspond With Clients
• Background working with public Road Departments & DOT Agencies is helpful but not required
• Order plans & specification as directed

Pay and Benefits:

· Starting wage $24.00 / Hour Based On Experience
