Small automotive shop in Arcadia, IN looking for person to answer

phones, schedule appointments, assist customers when dropping off

vehicles for repair. Data entry into our automotive program, hand

out work to techs, make calls/assist the service writer. Call

customer with updates as needed, pick up customer vehicles, or

customers as needed, pick up parts as needed, order parts as

requested, accept payments from customers and pay vendors as

needed. Interact with customers, vendors and auto technicians. Do

whatever is asked of you.

Requirements:

Good phone etiquette, computer savvy, ability to communicate

clearly with people, ability to multi-task in a busy and sometimes

noisy atmosphere. Automotive and/or parts experience a plus. Must

be a team player as well as being able to work independently as

needed.

Full time Monday thru Friday 8-5 with 1 hour lunch. Starting pay

15.00 per hour, no overtime and no weekends.

Paid holidays off. Paid sick days upon hire, paid vacation after one

year.
