What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist our customers and installers, teams by communicating with them to ensure that all services and projects are started and completed on time

• Prepare services and appointments for customers on any unexpected work that may come up while a construction project is in being performed
• Enter services, orders and installation dates in our database
• Review order acknowledgements from suppliers and confirm all materials are correct
• Create files for each new customer using our established procedures and crm
• Create accurate work orders for installers which clearly state the customers needs and expectations
• Communicate with customers, project managers and installation teams in a professional and positive way, to ensure all services were completed and that the customers experience was 100% on completion of their project
• Consistently follow up with installers, customers, and suppliers to make sure all projects, deliveries, and tasks are completed in order to have all projects start and finish on time

What We Are Looking For: You have 1+ years of experience in residential construction and or project management. You are knowledgeable with managing multiple services for residential construction projects and know how to apply the best methods to manage them. You have the ability to think and communicate with customers to increase scope of work when needed.You can prioritize projects and make things happen in a fast paced enviormentYou have EXCELLENT communication skillsSkills to work with customers through challenges to find win/win solutions *

• Compensation $40,000 to $52,000per year Bonuses on Sales'
