We are on the lookout for an energetic Sales Assistant to join our team at Catherine Gee in downtown Santa Barbara.

As a Sales Associate, being an ambassador of the brand, your role will consist in the following:

• Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique in-store experience and personalized fashion styling advice
• Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items
• Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients and manage personal follow-up with the clients
• Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times
• Combine an enthusiastic and authentic taste for the brand, for fashion and for sales
• Must be available at least 10-20 hours a week (weekends included)
• Must be available for the summer and holiday breaks (requested time off negotiable)
• Must be able to work weekends
