Compensation range: $160,000-$200,000 for a full-time position. Southland Arthritis is one of the largest Rheumatology groups in Southern California with 6 clinics (Temecula, Menifee, Hemet, Corona, Riverside, San Bernardino) and 12 providers. We are looking for a 5th experienced Full or Part- Time (Minimum 2 days per week) Rheumatology Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team and work at our Temecula office. You must have at least 1 year of experience working in a Rheumatology practice and have experience managing DMARDs, biologics and giving steroid injections. Your application will not be considered unless you have previously worked for a Rheumatologist.

We offer an above market rate compensation structure which includes a base salary, productivity bonus, ancillary service bonus, clinical trial bonus, paid-time off, health insurance, 401K and a CME allowance. We participate in weekly Rheumatology Grand Rounds with UC San Diego which provides 1 CME credit per week and we sponsor private online lectures by world class Rheumatologists!
