Outside Sales Representative

RoofPRO is looking for a full-time technical roofing sales representative to meet with homeowners, inspect and diagnose any issues with their roof, siding, skylights or gutters and provide them with the solution that best fits their needs. We require a solid technical understanding of roofing with at least 2 years of roofing experiance. We provide a full schedule of qualified appointments for you to run. We are based in AACO and service the entire Baltimore Washington Corridor.

$45,000-$85,000 base plus commissions

WHAT TO EXPECT

The role of the techinical sales representative will consist of meeting with customers in the home, inspecting their roof, diagnosing the problem and proposing a solution; team meetings and sales training. Entering information into the CRM. Following up with customers after the sale and supporting the production team for job related details. Typical hours for this position will vary between 8am-Dark and some weekends. We do try to minimize windshield time on your daily schedule, we are based in AACO and service the entire DMV, so you would run calls throughout the area. We do our best to be considerate of your own schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years roofing experience required either in sales or production.
• 1 year verifiable experience in selling.
• Willing and able to set up a ladder, walk a roof and crawl in an attic.
• Drivers license
• Able to perform basic math
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Able to work evenings and weekends on occasion when needed.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve goals.
