We are looking for smiling and responsible person to become our daytime Welcome Gate Attendee. wE HAVE BOTH SHIFTS 6AM-2PM AND 2PM- 10PM VARIABLE SHIFTS.

You would:

• Staff the air conditioned guard house and manage the entry to our community.
• Create necessary incident reports
• Review camera footage
• Greet and elvalaute guests as they enter
• Guard shack duties
• Respond to emergencies
• Recognize & contact proper authorities when necessary

Our preferred requirements:

• Security experience
• Customer service
• Ability to use Outlook and word
