Be apart of a winning team! Ron Jon, the world's best known surf shop and active lifestyle brand, is currently seeking Regular, Full Time Sales Associates to join our Key West team! Meet people from all over the world, enjoy busy days with a variety of duties, and work for a known industry leader.

These positions are full time with a starting pay of $15 per hour.

Requirements:
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable, and friendly service to our customers.
  • Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner.
  • Be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Work a schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and evenings (depending on shift).
  • Able to commit to a regular schedule.
