As one of our wireless sales representatives, you will consult with current and prospective Verizon customers regarding their account needs and problem-solving to uncover additional opportunities to fit their lifestyle.

Job Requirements

As a Retail Sales Representative, you should be goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to exceed expectations – your own as well as ours. You should also be organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to easily establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of potential customers.

Other qualifications for this sales position include:

• High School Diploma

• Ability to succeed with integrity in a professional, commission-based sales environment

• Knowledge of the entire sales process

• Strong telephone skills and ability to be comfortable with making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and personalities

• Schedule flexibility to work from 8:00 AM until 9:30 PM and weekends

• Computer proficiency, particularly with Internet Explorer, Excel, and Word

• Knowledge of RQ and OMNI a huge plus

Pay: $28,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
