• Leads are generated from repeat customers, customer referrals, our in-house call center, internet marketing and various media ads. Leads are qualified by our call center before an appointment is scheduled and assigned
• Most proposals are created at the initial appointment making you ready to close the deal immediately - so you can have a life after work and no working late nights on proposals!
• We schedule appointments for you – and you may have 1-4 appointments per day. Evening and weekend appointments are scheduled based on your availability.
• We don’t cap your income potential! You can earn up to 10% commission on the gross sale. Our average sales representative generates over $1.5 million in sales.
• We have a great training and coaching system and utilize cutting edge tools such as Rilla Voice

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and measure residential and commercial buildings to produce an accurate project proposal that meets the customer’s needs as well as a complete material list for shingle and flat roofs as well as gutters
• Create onsite proposals, give a digital presentation that explains our unique selling proposition, then present the proposal to the Property Owner showing them how our products and service are the best solution for their problem
• Follow up on unsold proposals creating a positive customer experience so we are top of mind when they decide to move forward with their project
• Meet agreed upon key performance indicators, such as gross sales targets and closing percentages
• Extensive daily travel, but overnights not required

Qualifications:

• Must be able to climb ladders, walk on steep slope roofs, work at heights and be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Roofing experience preferred but construction industry experience will be considered
• Previous experience in sales – preferably outside sales
• Motivated to succeed with strong closing ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Customer service focused with a commitment to honesty and integrity
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Compensation:

• Weekly draw against commission bank as a W-2 employee
• Commission based pay up to 10% of gross sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
