• Send out reminders for scheduled jobs
• Schedue, reschedule or cancel jobs
• Manage and confirm jobs
• Keep office informed of openings for appointments
• Answer phones to give estimates, confirm times for appointments
• Document scheduling processes and keep thorough records
• Perform other administrative tasks when required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
