Looking for a Scheduling/Staffing Coordinator to schedule client visits with a caregiver, document communication between clients and caregivers, and ensure branch compliance with client-related documentation requirements. You will report to the Area Director or local Branch Manager.

You will...

• Coordinates and schedules home care staff in accordance with client needs and employee availability
• Ensure all shifts are filled in order to meet client's needs and maintain/increase branch revenues
• Effectively communicate with clients or client families regarding schedules, call-offs, cancelations, and appointments
• Document client data and visits in the scheduling system
• Understanding that communication is vital within the office as well as to everyone involved in our clients' care

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of home healthcare experience preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to problem solve and make sound decisions for the safety of our clients and field staff
