Job objective:

Operations seasonal employees will be responsible for carrying out general operational job duties including but not limited to custom application and delivery of NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s products and services in the most efficient and professional manner to increase NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s brand market share and company profitability.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivery of seed, crop protection, and crop nutrients.

• General services and maintenance duties including: painting tanks, assisting in completion of equipment and facilities maintenance programs and policies.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulation agencies.

• Comply with NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s safety policies.

• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative’s brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management.

• Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.

• Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.
