• Must work some weekends and be flexible with your work location for the first 4 weeks

• Maintain professional image, including greeting customers, visitors and employees in a polite and friendly manner
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures as outlines in post orders
• Controls traffic by directing drivers. (site specific)
• Patrol physical property or maintain fixed post position, being diligent to report any suspicious activity and investigate accidents and criminal acts
• Be proactive in knowing all revisions to post orders and general information distributed by the client and Fairline
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Detain, deter or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques (site specific)
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls (site specific)
• Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures and regulations to be able to respond to alarms, incidents and emergency situations
• Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; expelling trespassers
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
