Refined Renovations is experiencing significant growth and has opportunities in a variety of positions. We are looking for Senior Designers to design, source and install beautiful interiors. This position will work with the company’s Principal to create and execute our client design and delivery plans. The Senior Designer will have a wide array of duties, from creative design to project management, to focus on all aspects of the client’s renovation. The successful candidates will have a design degree, 7-10 years of interior design experience, cabinetry design experience, computer design skills, renovation experience, professional work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, drive for accuracy and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities include:

• Build designs in Chief Architect, create elevations, layouts and construction materials for the build team

• Prepare project binders, fixtures and appliance specs, gathering estimates and preparing client materials and budgets

• Assist with order placement, order follow-up and tracking of orders in our system

• Assist with social media presence

• Coordinate furniture delivery and installations with vendors and clients and photo shoots

• Manage the renovation project and provide client status and communications

Qualifications & Expectations:

• 7-10 years of experience in Interior Design and Renovations
• Experience in designing and ordering cabinetry
• Professional work ethic and appearance
• Proficiency in Chief Architect preferred
• Proficiency in MAC OS applications, Numbers, Pages and Outlook
• High level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Strong ability to manage client responsibilities, multi-tasking and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
