About Bella Lash

Haley and Zach Chipman founded Bella Lash in 2011 after Haley received eyelash extensions as a gift for her wedding and loved them. As a young couple in college, Haley wanted to earn additional income for her growing family and enrolled in a lash extension course and had a very poor experience.

That experience became the catalyst for Bella Lash after they decided to create their own education courses that offer a superior experience and premium products. Position: Sr. Graphic Designer

The Sr. Graphic Designer will play an integral role on the Bella Lash marketing team. We are looking for a digital & packaging graphic design powerhouse who has passion for the beauty, fashion & lifestyle landscape. This role is responsible for the successful execution of all graphic design deliverables. The work coming from our Sr. Graphic
Designer’s desk will be prominently displayed on company social media channels, the brand’s website, email marketing campaigns, packaging and more.

You will be the key point person for the planning and management of all things creative for the Bella Lash brand.
You will support the Marketing Director & Social Media Manager in larger campaign execution from concept to launch.

Creative Role & Responsibilities:
● Collaborate and support Marketing Director and team on all creative projects
● Ensuring all designs accurately represent the company’s brand and ethos
● Collaborate with marketing, education and sales team to ensure designs are on brand and copy is correct
● Ensure timelines are met and communicate any timeline blockers
● Evaluating market trends and analyzing competitive packaging & creative designs
● Selecting functional ideas and creating packaging mock-ups

• Qualifications Include (but Are Not Limited To):

● Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Art, or a similar field
● Agency or in-house experience preferred particularly dealing with CPG, beauty industry preferred
● 3+ years professional experience as a graphic designer, particularly with packaging focus
● Agency or in-house experience preferred particularly dealing with retail
● Experience in luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance or fashion preferred
● Ability to comp for concept, marketing, sales, education and PR needs
● Experienced designer in Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
● Obsessive attention to detail
● Ability to iterate quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
● Strong communications and collaboration skills, including a client driven approach with a can-do attitude
