Job Description :

Leading our Financial Planning product line, which is made up of product owners and product managers, this role will help set the agenda and roadmap for future advice capabilities within the financial planning space. In addition to setting the strategic product direction, this leader will be responsible for the product vision, product innovation, product design, product development, and robust product practice management for the financial planning line. This is an opportunity to collaborate across our advice business offers, our methodology partners, and our technology partners along with client experience, driving the success of our advice offers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Leads product management teams for a strategic product or product group. Sets new product strategy and adjusts strategies for program or product group.
  • Leads, influences, or directly supervises cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
  • Creates and maintains best practices and learnings, providing coaching to product teams on current strategy. Oversees product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  • Builds and maintains strong business support from team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leads the planning or is directly responsible for the development and implementation of new large, complex, multi-stakeholder products. Defines and analyzes markets, develops detailed product features and requirements, and develops implementation plans.
  • Creates, maintains, and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
  • Leads and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten years related work experience, with at least five years innovation strategy and execution experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
