Training Technologies and Support, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Senior Military Analyst at Ft. Leavenworth, KS to provide Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) Document Technical Writers for Opposing Force Modernization. The Senior Military Analyst will assist the TRACOC Proponent Office-Opposing Forces (TPO OPFOR) in writing, staffing, and analysis of JCIDS documents. Support includes participation in conferences and meetings to address OPFOR capability development and implementation.

Essential Job Functions

• Write, staff, and gain approval of the appropriate JCIDS Requirements documents and deliverables for OPFOR Mechanized Vehicle Replication and Modernization, Threat Electromagnetic Warfare, Cyber, Space (GPS/SATCOM) Modernization, Threat Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Fleet Modernization, and OPFOR Decoy and Deception.
• Assess current requirements documents and identify required changes to facilitate the CTC Program and JNTC implementation.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings to address OPFOR capability development, certification, solution development and other topics relevant to the OE/OPFOR program and implementation plan.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain and gain an active SECRET clearance.
• Six (6) years functional JCIDS experience (preferred) or Level B Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Certification for Requirement Generation.
• Bachelor’s degree at a minimum, Master’s degree preferred.
• MEL 4 equivalent required.
• Should possess knowledge in the Defense Acquisition System, JCIDS and Planning, Programing, Budget and Execution Process.
• Must possess knowledge of the material acquisition, capability, and training development processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and/or critical thinking skills.
• Physically able to work within an office setting and perform all routine actions associated with duties and responsibilities as described.
• Must be a US citizen.
