Salary: $130-150K Base // 5% Bonus on New Business Referrals // Profit Sharing

Position Overview: As Senior Salesforce Consultant, you work as a senior member of our team and play a key role in building and developing our Salesforce Practice. This role requires confidence, self-discipline, and drive. A Senior Salesforce Consultant will lead the successful delivery of diverse and complex client projects. When not actively involved with client activities, the Senior Salesforce Consultant will assist with bringing on new business, facilitate internal training, and team development.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have extensive experience with Salesforce NPSP and the Salesforce.org ecosystem
• Lead executive client discussions with strategic insight and professional authority
• Rapidly identify client business needs and create strategies to address them
• Architect design and build Salesforce Solutions
• Direct self and other internal resources to achieve successful business outcomes
• Prioritize multiple clients and projects
• Ensure quality of team delivery
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• React quickly and flexibly to changing work conditions
• Be committed to delivering exceptional client experiences
• Design and deliver end-user training for clients as needed

Required Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Consultant

Additional Preferred Certification(s)

• Additional Salesforce Certifications

Required Qualifications:

• Multiple Salesforce Certifications and 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce ecosystem
• Must be eligible to work in US without employer sponsorship, at the time of hire and in the future.

Perferred Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in professional business consulting environments or leading internal Salesforce teams at a Salesforce Customer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing and delivering multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Available for up to 10% travel
