As a Service Advisor for Hilltop Camper & RV, you will interact with customers regarding their service/repair needs so they can get their Camper or RV back on the road to have more family fun. Every day you’ll interact professionally with customers to document their service/repair needs, schedule service appointments, dispatch work to the service technicians, ensure all service/repairs are completed prior to the customer pick-up, and follow-up with customers to make sure their service needs have been resolved. To thrive in this position, you’ll have prior work experience as a Service Advisor/Writer.

We’re looking for a Service Advisor who…

• Thrives on putting customer satisfaction as a priority every day.
• Works well in an environment with interruptions and changing priorities on a regular basis.
• Asks investigative questions to understand the scope of the customer’s needs and then is able to articulate and document the needs to the Service Technician assigned.
• Communicates timely, clearly, and professionally to both customers and coworkers.
• Uses technology efficiently.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday with hours ranging from 7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm. During our peak months between April and October, hours will rotate as late as 7:00pm a couple nights a week.
