As Copper Branch Shift Lead, you'll be an important part of an exciting new Plant-Powered Restaurant in the heart of downtown Nashville! We will be in the downtown Nashville Public Library, located at 6th & Church Street.

As a Team Lead, you will:

• Open or Close the POS
• Deliver superior customer service, satisfaction, and experience. Delivering and AMAZING customer experience is our # 1 priority
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer needs
• Promote the brand in the local community
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Manage staff and help with training
• Help review team member performance and provide feedback
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment for all team members
• Monitor inventory levels of all restaurant materials and source product as necessary
• Take orders, operate P.O.S., and possess cash handling skills.
• Ensure teams are following all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food.

As a crew member, you will:

• Possess exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills. Customers are our # 1 priority
• Be knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients profile for all Copper Branch menu items.
• Build Power Bowls, Sandwiches, All-day Breakfast, Sides, Beverages, Soups, Desserts, and Power Smoothies.
• Maintain impeccable store cleanliness including executing opening and closing checklists.
• Complete training and have a drive for growth.
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm.
• Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food.
• Show up on time, take the service seriously, yet enjoy yourself while at work and have fun!
