Snow Removal Crew Member

Description

Outerland is looking for individuals for snow removal for the upcoming winter season. Must be willing to work long hours in winter conditions anytime day and night and be on-call at all times of the day including the Christmas and New Year holidays.

A good driving record is required. Preference to individuals that have their own pick-up truck with plow and individuals that can operate Loaders, Bobcats, Backhoes, and Skid Steers. Snow Shovelers also needed!

Shovellers: $20-25 per hour

Equipment Operators: $25- $40 per hour

Plow Drivers: $25 - $35 per hour

Requirements

• Valid MA driver’s license
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• On Call 24/7 including holidays
• Ability to drive truck & trailer
• DOT medical card (or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment) for plow operators
• Reliable transportation
• MA Hoisting/Hydraulics license a plus (and for operating certain equipment)

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
