Position: Software Developer

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to join our software development team. We are looking for developers who can help us maintain our legacy systems and implement new functionality and system integration to support projects across our business. Key areas of focus:

Business & Operation - Build, maintain, and integrate internal tools based on business requirements:

  • ERP system implementation
  • Reporting and data visualization
  • eCommerce platform
  • Customer success ticketing infrastructure
  • CMS system selection and implementation

Sales, Marketing, & Support - External facing tools and brand assets

  • Website architecture
  • Implementation of look and feel based on Marketing requirements
  • Best practices to maintain strong SEO
  • Integration of eCommerce platform into buyer experience
  • Integration of Customer Support tools

Product Development & Support - Product Automation & Controls

  • CNC motion control software
  • User interface and experience implementation
  • Robotics and linear controls programming
  • Product technical documentation library and resources

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:

Required Experience Languages / Environments / Toolsets

  • 6+ years working experience
  • BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
  • MySQL 5.1, PHP 5.3.3, Apache 2.2.5, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Git, JSON, Bootstrap, Python 3.8+, C# .NET 4.0+, Bash, YAML, TypeScript, CSS, SCSS, Lua, Node.js, PowerShell, Bash/other command-line scripting, Git
  • Amazon Web Services (SDK, CLI, EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM Code Commit, CI/CD, Security Groups, Volumes, Networking etc.).
  • Google Cloud Services (APIs, Analytics/Tag Manager, Credentials, ReCaptcha, etc).
  • CentOS 6.10, Ubuntu, Alpine, and Amazon Linux 2.
  • DNS Services
  • SEO concepts and implementation
  • Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, VMware Player, VirtualBox, Docker, Jenkins.
  • MySQL Workbench, FTP client, Regedit, NSIS, InnoSetup, Windows 10+, Terminal, Putty, VIm

Desired Experience - Languages / Environments / Toolsets

  • Modern JavaScript, architecture, and API frameworks
  • Headless frameworks and web services architecture
  • Knowledge in tools like Jenkins and continuous integration and deployment frameworks
  • NextJS, React, Redis, Solid/Quik/Svelte etc, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Visual programming frameworks

Desired Experience - Hardware & Controls Systems

  • C# .Net 4+
  • Experience with ClearPath API and Motors
  • Experience with VS Code, Visual Studio 2019+, and multi-threading
  • Vectric/Fusion 360/SheetCAM or other CAM post processors
  • Lua for Mach4 development and possibly C/C++ for plugin development
  • Python 3.8+, Docker, Jenkins, YubiKey
  • Mkdocs, Material for Mkdocs, and Markdown for documentation

Position Details:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Benefits include paid vacation, 401(k), incentive program, and health care coverage.
  • North Bend, WA or remote position with occasional on-site collaboration opportunities (WA, OR, ID, or NC preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
