PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB**

To provide superior customer service and support to allow our customers to maximize the efficiency and minimize the down time of their EREMA plastic recycling systems.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming parts call. Provide quotes as requested and confirm order status and delivery.

• Process purchase orders sent to EREMA Austria and confirm the delivery times by informing customers of the approximate delivery time and date.

• Invoice all direct shipments from EREMA Austria and inform customers of approximate delivery.

• Process all paperwork and invoice customer.

• Receive the weekly consolidated shipment from EREMA Austria. Open all packages, identify and label all parts. Pull all customer orders with the parts.

• Process daily invoices. File invoices and order any parts that are on back order. Send invoices to customer either by e-mail or USPS.

• Place weekly stock parts orders with EREMA Austria. Print purchase advice report and check inventory levels to ensure levels are kept accurate.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Work requires, in addition to the skills normally acquired through a general high school education, specialized or technical training which may be obtained in high school commercial or shop courses, or by a relatively brief period (more than six months but less than one year) of intensive preparation outside of school.

• Between nineteen and twenty-four months of progressively more responsible experience is required.

• A relatively high level of analytical ability is required in order to find solutions to difficult human, technical or administrative problems.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Occasional exposure to one or more unpleasant (noise, heat, dust, etc.) or hazardous conditions. 6 - 20% of work time. Physical demands: carrying, standing, lifting, squatting, hearing, sitting, walking, kneeling, speaking, writing, pushing, reaching, attendance.

• Work which regularly produces a high level of mental/visual fatigue. 50 - 80% of work time. Mental demands: reading, detailed work, confidentially, problem solving, verbal communication, written communication, customer contact, multiple concurrent tasks, constant interruptions, reading technical information, math, stress.
