Handles all vendor telephone calls and answers any client or subcontractor billing or payment questions or concerns at the direction of the Project Manager

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, loan administration, or a related field.

Appropriately routes incoming calls when necessary. Manages and maintains moderate call volume per day, combined inbound and outbound calls.

Maintain a strong knowledge of credit union products and services and educate members on the benefits of these products and services.
