This job includes but is not limited to prepare journal entries, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation and be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close as well as day to day functions.

-Maintain financials with Quickbooks

-Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections

- Purchase order receipts
- Inventory receiving and transfers
- Reconcile accounts
- Some answering phones

Requirements:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience

• High school diploma or similar accreditation, and an AA degree or higher in Accounting or Business recommended

• Strong familiarity with account reconciliation

• Account reconciliation experience

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience

• Command of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

• Prior experience with Excel, and Quickbooks
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a team and individual environment
• Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
