Job Description :

Jennifer Temps is looking to add to our team in Charlotte. We are looking for someone with a professional demeanor and go-getter, energetic attitude looking to start their career. A typical day would be screening calls to potential employees, making appointments for interviews, and supporting other recruiters in their tasks. The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality, be a go-getter and be able to think outside the box. Experience in the hospitality field is a plus.

You will be responsible for posting ads for open positions, staffing, and maintaining relationships with candidates.

This position will be a Monday through Friday schedule, appx. 40 hours per week with some overtime depending on the business.

An ideal candidate would be ready for whatever comes at them next. Our office is a fast-paced environment and our most successful employees have a "what's next?" mentality. You must be able to multitask and move from task to task. The ability to come back and start where you left off is imperative.

Job Description:

  • Recruiting employees
