Provide exceptional client service in every interaction with our clients, building and maintaining a client relationship, as you gather the information needed for the resolution of tax issues. *Salary is based on experience and credentials in tax.

· Review and analyze the client’s financial situation and documents including wage and income statements

· Define the best resolution option / desired outcome for our clients and present the recommended solution to clients for buy-in

**Audit Representation for sales and income tax - must have strong skills and knowledge in sales and use taxation.

· Negotiate with the IRS and/or State taxing agency to release wage and/or bank levies.

· Negotiate final resolution with the IRS and/or State taxing agency

· Negotiate and file Offer In Compromise (OIC), Installment Agreements (IA), and Currently Non Collectible (CNC) and Penalty Abatements with IRS and State tax agencies

· Experience preparing taxes, both personal and business, required

· Active credentials and demonstrated experience working as a Licensed tax professional with an existing CAF number

· Clear and effective communication skills required - working regularly with clients and staff / co-workers

· Strong attention to detail, problem solving / analytical abilities

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet crucial deadlines

· Previous negotiation or tax debt resolution experience, a plus

· Bi-lingual, a plus (Spanish / English)
