Job Description

Appointment setting for agents and for recruiting. Responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to set event appointments.

Make outbound calls to set appointments for sales personnel, – including but not limited to: previous and existing registrants, in addition to making outbound calls to registrants to confirming registrations and appointments.

• Answer inbound calls from registrants inquiring about seminar events.

• Use company systems to source, contact, engage and set appointments for qualified registrants and candidates.

• Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines.

• Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently.

• Making outbound calls/taking inbound calls for other miscellaneous events on behalf of American Federal Benefits Consultants.

Requirements

• Professional telephone skills

• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new programs

• Experience in a telemarketing or call center environment (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
